On 21 October 2025, Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University, together with the Director and Deputy Director of the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media, the Head of the Division of Landscaping and Building, and other relevant staff, conducted an on-site inspection of the progress of the first-phase renovation of the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media. During the visit, the President provided valuable suggestions to enhance both the building’s structure and its interior design.

The renovation project is part of Walailak University’s initiative to construct and upgrade buildings according to sustainable standards, supporting the SDGs—particularly SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
