On August 7, 2021, the Young Scientist Competition (YSC) project led by Mr.Atiporn Suwan, Acting Director of Child and Youth Promotion and Development with high potential of National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) together with Asst. Prof. Dr.Amonsak Sawasdee, Director of the Academic Service Center, Walailak University, as the head of the YSC Project Coordination Center (Southern) organized activities to introduce the Coordination Center for teachers and students of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Nakhon Si Thammarat about preparation for submitting projects to participate in this year’s project contest (YSC 2022), This year project was held for the 24th with activities consisting of;
1.The introducing of roles and activities in the Regional Project Coordination Center (Southern) YSC Project, Walailak University by Asst. Prof. Dr. Amonsak Sawasdee, head of the Coordination Center.
- 2. The discussion on the topic “Successes and Opportunities from Project Work” by the YSC seniors from the southern center. Plus, Mr. Pornwasu Phongteerawan, an alumnus of Suratpittaya School (YSC 2009, 2011) and Mr. Kamolsub Supmee, an alumnus of Benchamarajuthit School (YSC 2021), shared techniques for accumulating experience in project work to be applied on work life, and to compete in the global arena.
The Academic Service Center, Walailak University as the coordinating center for the YSC project in the region (Southern), expressed gratitude to Dr. Santi Nadee, Director of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Nakhon Si Thammarat and Kanokrat Singnui, as well as all teachers and students who gave a great welcome to the coordination center.
