December 25, 2022, The Center for Academic Service, Walailak University as a regional coordination center in the Southern region for the 25th Young Scientist Competition (YSC) 2023, organized the Zoom online meeting activities for more than 100 students who passed the project proposal selection round and advisor from 45 projects in 18 schools throughout the southern region of Thailand. Ms. Suntharee Kritchaisak, the YSC project leader from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) respectfully welcomed the participants in activities as follows:
The regional coordination center in the Southern region held the activities in order to enhance the skills and knowledge of the participants to apply to the consultant’s advice in project improvement for the preparation of the contest for the presentation round which will be held at Walailak University on Friday, January 27, 2023.
The Center for Academic Service, Walailak University, is a regional coordination center in the Southern region in collaboration with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) under the support of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and the Siam Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd. This 25th YSC program in the year 2023 has the purpose to support Thai youth to upgrade their knowledge and skills in science and technology so they can create innovative works. In addition, this program also aimed to select student representatives to participate in the international science project competition which raises the level of education and youth work in Thailand.
