Apart from the awards that the youth from the southern region have received, within the competition, special awards have been given to project developers by Asst. Prof. Dr. Amonsak Sawusdee, the CAS Director and the Head of YSC Southern Regional Coordination Center. He jointly presented the awards under the theme “Technology and Innovation for Local Problem Solving”

For The Twenty-Sixth Young Scientist Competition: YSC 2024, Walailak University received funding support from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). The objectives were to support Thai youth in developing skills, knowledge, and abilities in science and technology, fostering innovative work, and selecting representatives to participate in international science project competitions. This initiative aims to elevate education and youth achievements in Thailand, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). As the YSC Southern Regional Coordination Center, CAS congratulates the project developers and advisors who received awards in this competition once again.
