Platform for Agricultural Water Management in Community with Mobile Cloud Computing

Currently, the government sector still needs important tools in government operations to support the rate increase. Productivity of the agricultural sector according to the National Strategic Plan and coping with drought situations This research project proposes to develop a water management system. to increase the efficiency of the administrative process Manage cyclic water from the upper level and convey it as an action plan down to the lower level. This developed water management system is an extension of existing research. The so-called “Easy-Agri Tool” has also turned into a community water management platform for agriculture. Mobile Cloud Computing Its consists of (1) a suite built to process Easy-Agri tool algorithms in the cloud to support big data analytics; (2) a database built to connect to existing databases and to support user access with mobile application technology; and (3) a mathematical model for calculating the size of the water reservoir was created instead of using a successful program from abroad.

Application development on mobile devices (mobile application) is divided into 3 forms: 1. Native application development is the development of a set of instructions depending on the operating system. 2.Hybride application development is completed system, it can not be used on other operating systems. When the application development is finished, it can be used on other operating systems such as jquery Mobile and PhoneGap. 3. Web application will create an application in the form of a website. The system can be used through various devices by entering the address of the system through the URL. Able to compare the work between the 3 types of development, as follow

The participants will be selected to cover both the management and the group. In selecting the study area, the researcher focused on the area where water use activities are mainly used for agriculture. Initially, the area coordinating for the system testing used Bangchak as the pilot area. Bang Chak is a sub-district located in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province has a total area of approximately 44.06 square kilometers, approximately 27,503.75 rai, with some areas of the sub-district divided into areas. Municipality of area is approximately 1,500 rai, which will bring technology to help in planning and management of water resources in the area by using App Mobile Cloud Computing for agriculture as follows: 1). Calculated water demand for agriculture. Information will be provided. Plant type and planting start date are determined by region and climate. Period of cultivation until the full area (weeks) Rai (cultivated area) enters the amount of water leakage (mm./day) and irrigation efficiency (%). The program will calculate the monthly agricultural water demand, classified into the amount of water needed in the planting plot (m3) and the amount of water to be delivered (m3) 2).Analysis of agricultural water balance function. The cost water source data must be provided, i.e. pools/retainers/pumping points (runoffs)/watershed areas, etc. The results will be displayed in a monthly format with three main sections: supply water or cost water available in the area of interest, the amount of water required in the planting plot and the amount of water remaining in the water source each month  3.Function to find the size of the farm’s pond from the operation of functions 1 and 2, it is possible to determine the source of water suitable for the area. Types of plants that are suitable for cultivation. 4. The function of selecting suitable areas for cultivation is to provide a function in the event that the water source is limited. This program can calculate the planting area of each plant of interest.
