Natural Community Leadership Council and the leader of the professional group named “Kluay Khai Ban Ban Phitam”, invited the leaders of other professional groups, totaling 30 people, to use project management methods with a focus on teamwork. There is a team leader and each team member organized into small teams and large teams, learn how to work interchangeably, and apply defining agreements to work together. They have a common goal in the long run is a community safe from chemicals reduce occupational expenses and earn income from organic agriculture.

The result of working as a team cause network partners reduce the use of agricultural chemicals and health tourism. The innovation of the work process is “Visit the plot, visit the garden, invite talks, go through the kitchen, take a nature tour”. The community’s resource sharing has resulted in the strength of the Ban Phitam Community Leadership Council to be as community’s role-model for nearby communities to come and study.

Number of works (knowledge/innovation) that are used to benefit the needs of the social community

Activities: “Visit the plot, visit the garden, invite talks, go through the kitchen” it become a role-model community for nearby communities to study as a model community on the issue of reducing using chemicals, educating on the effects of agricultural chemicals, and organic farming. There is detection of chemical residues in the blood along with cause searching of chemical residues in the blood and activities for exchanging learning within the group.
Innovation in invention field “safe, good soil, beautiful plants, fruitful, reduce costs” is a full-fledged bio-fertilizer which is a fertilizer formula that the community mixes by using raw materials in the community. The formula has been updated and tried many times until it works well is suitable for the area

Khao Yam Herbs to be far away from the disease of Ban Thanon Nai. There is a development method. There is a group of housewives in bringing local vegetables and herbs that are easily available in the community come as a side dish and are used to make healthy rice
Healthy foot massage mat there is a way to develop there is a group of housewives who come up with the idea to bring palm shells left over from the sale to sew to the carpet.
