Community Leadership Council, Sao Thong Tong, consisting of 7 people, invited 15 people and community leaders who need household economic development, consisting of 7 occupational groups, learning to work as a team by dividing roles and duties according to the community infrastructure together with household zones for monitoring, creating information, creating a self-reliant community plan, organize activities by using funds and potential which existed within community and network partners to solving problems and household economy chronic disease.
The results were as follows: 1) continually increasing income for households, 2) creating occupational groups, including 2 vegetable growing groups, 5 exercise groups, and 7 occupational groups, and 3) people in the community increased their consumption of vegetables and fruits.

- sages community composting and bio-fermentation, multi-purpose products, soap making, cold-pressed coconut oil, sewing, etc. Support budget for additional activities from Pak Phanang Municipality
- Healthy elderly people, model to reduce disease, reduce blood pressure, reduce medicine, support from Pak Phanang municipality.
