Aerobic Dance For Health Event
Walailak University set the Aerobic Dance For Health event with a creative aerobic squad program for staff, students(WU), other people. Everyone could get the knowledge of exercise safely, and correctly as well as they exercise the aerobic more. Therefore, it also promotes the behavior of participants’ health better. The Aerobic Dance For Health program of walailak university coordinates with the Thasala sub-district administration organization, the Phothong sub-district administration organization, Thai Buri sub-district administration organization, and other organizations. They receive the fund from Creative Opportunity and Innovation Office, and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation for setting the Aerobic Dance For Health event. They see that promoting health by aerobic dance is important for changing the health of staff, students, and also other people. There are a lot of people that exercise aerobic dance 3 days and 45-60 minutes per week. (150 min/week) The event will start from Monday to Friday(6.00-7.00P.M.) at Walailak sports center and setting aerobic off-site in Walailak University and also Thasala district.
