On January 5, 2021, Walailak University, led by Ajarn Dr. Harisol Khuninkhiri and Ajarn Maneerat Kengkua, School of Multilingual and General Education along with the academic service center working group organized activities “meeting to plan to teach management according to the integrated curriculum of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy” to join with Mr. Faisal Yigob, director of the new community school and 15 teachers and development partners, Betagro Group Activity Office staff at the meeting room of Building 1, Chum Chon Mai School, Walailak Phatthana Demonstration Community, Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

Project to develop an integrated curriculum on the philosophy of sufficiency economy new community school and schools in the surrounding community areas under the implementation of the Social Engagement Program for the 2nd year of the year 2021, focusing on educational management according to the Sufficiency Economy Guidelines develop entrepreneurial career skills There is an integration of teaching and learning for students. It leading to the development of a prototype curriculum for integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools and creating a network and transfer knowledge of the curriculum to spread the area in the surrounding schools. This is in line with the main Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) Goal 4, “Quality Education”, promote equality and inclusive quality education. and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all as well as goal number 17, “Partnerships for the Goals”, has created cooperation with networks and other relevant agencies. Harisol Khuninkhiri as the project leader has presented the results of the project for the year 2020 “Developing Learning Centers coupled with the preparation of the curriculum” which in the past is the starting point to get a course prototype. and trial course. The work was coordinated by teachers in the school who are knowledgeable and competent to participate in the preparation of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy course until the (draft) model of the curriculum is developed, which must be further developed Students gain knowledge of sufficiency economy. can be used to continue as a career of their own to generate income for themselves. In addition, the school provides raw materials for use in preparing lunches for students as well as improving the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center to have a learning base consistent with the teaching and learning of the curriculum. Discussed with the new community school, led by Mr. Faisal Yigob, the school’s director, Teachers, Heads of Academic Affairs and teachers on the implementation of “Continue to Extend Project Results” years 2nd whereby the meeting resolved to agree ready to move forward “New Community School” to become a core school with a full curriculum integrating the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
