  • The pedestrian pathways within the covered walk way are designed to be separate from vehicle traffic to prevent accidents between users and vehicles.
  • An adequate lighting system has been installed along the entire route, ensuring that users can travel safely both during the day and at night.
  • Handrails have been installed in areas of the walkway with significant elevation changes to help prevent falls and increase users’ confidence while traveling.
  • Convenience of the university’s pedestrian pathways

    • The pedestrian pathways are designed to connect all buildings on campus, allowing for smooth and convenient travel between them.

    • Covered walkways provide shelter for users from adverse weather conditions, such as intense sun or rain.
    • The walkway surfaces are constructed with soft and suitable materials to enhance user comfort during travel.

    Ramp for the wheelchair of the disabled

    • Ramps have been designed appropriately for individuals with disabilities or special needs, ensuring they can access the pathways comfortably and safely.                    
    • Guiding blocks have been established in necessary areas to assist individuals with disabilities in navigating the pathways more easily.
    • Various service points have been established to provide assistance and essential information for those with special needs.
