Walailak University Gathering Data on the Property of Wang Tawan Tok To develop the Information System
The target group consisted of 20 people, including:
1. Students: 10 people
2. Staff: 10 people
Total hours of the activity: 8 hours
Walailak University, led by Miss Alisara Saramolee from the School of Accountancy and Finance and staff from the Center for Academic Services, visited Wang Tawan Tok Temple to collect data on the temple’s property, including unique building elements, ordination hall components, monk seats, altar sets, and antiquities. This data collection was integrated with university courses, involving WU students in planning the temple’s accounting system. All collected data will be published through the temple’s information system.
This initiative aligns with three key Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4, which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all; SDG 16, which promotes peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provides access to justice for all, and builds effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels; and SDG 17, which seeks to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
