Walailak Botanic Park offers lifelong learning opportunities, allowing people to continuously learn without limitations

An area of over 2,160,000 square meters of Walailak Botanic Park (WBP), with the vision of becoming an outstanding botanical park for learning, research, and recreation in the southern region, is committed to providing valuable educational and recreational services. Additionally, the university leverages the expertise and knowledge of its staff to host free educational events, activities, and initiatives. These services are offered free of charge to cater to the diverse needs and interests of the public, including students, citizens, and visitors, in line with its goal of promoting lifelong learning, research, and sustainable use of resources. Furthermore, WBP actively supports itself as a place of learning, making education accessible to Walailak students and those not studying at the university such as citizens, and the general public. The park has successfully established itself as a popular destination for tourism in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. Currently, the area of WBP has been continuously developed, creating a significant distinction for WBP. This is especially evident in the organization of science camps for students and youth. These camps encompass a variety of learning centers tailored to the interests of the youth to expand their learning experience. These include Science Experiment Centers, Natural Plant Diversity Learning Centers, CPR Training Centers, Astronomy Centers, and Botanical Art Activities.

In addition to organizing science camps for students and youth, the WBP continues to provide educational services and diverse learning opportunities. It offers activities such as nature walks and educational tours, welcoming those on the quest to explore their implicit skills through hands-on experience.
