Planning, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of all programs related to Water Management through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Planning
Analysis of Water Management Needs and Usage Analytics: In this step, WU assess the water management needs by analyzing water usage in various buildings and wastewater management. This involves collecting data on water consumption, including the number of users and types of water used, to determine overall water usage.

• Implementation of Equipment and ICT Systems
WU install the necessary equipment and ICT systems, including water level monitoring sensors that track the amount of water in tanks or collected rainwater. These sensors facilitate real-time tracking of water levels and provide alerts when levels exceed certain thresholds, which is particularly useful in flood situations. Additionally, WU have developed a mobile application (Bot CDT) that allows users to quickly receive information about flood situations, sending alerts when high water levels or flood risks are detected.

• Monitoring and Evaluation of Water Quality
WU analyze the water quality within the university to assess both usable water and wastewater. Additionally, WU collects water samples from various sources for laboratory analysis, checking parameters such as pH levels, turbidity, and contaminants. By leveraging ICT in the management and tracking of the sample collection process, we ensure compliance with standards and facilitate accurate evaluations.

The use of ICT in water management not only enhances efficiency in planning and implementation but also aids in monitoring and evaluation, fostering sustainability in the management of water resources within the university effectively.
