Policy to Support Sustainable Education at Walailak University
     Walailak University aims to be a model for a sustainable and green university, providing education on the SDGs to all students through general education courses. WU integrates the SDGs into all subjects to raise awareness of sustainability matters, including the environment, society, economy, and others. Students are the world’s future generation who will improve the world. Thus, Walailak University is committed to equipping graduates with a better understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals, the 20-year National Strategy, and the National Economic and Social Development Plan.
     Walailak University is committed to providing meaningful education around SDGs across the university, ensuring it applies to all students. One of the policies of WU that portrays WU as a sustainable university is to have SDGs as an integral part of the course specification in every subject. Since WU adopts the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) to standardize the course plan and ensure quality education, one obligation concerning WU TQF is that all WU lecturers from all schools must integrate SDGs into their courses.

Free online course aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
     WU MOOC: A free online course aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and part of the Thai MOOC Learning Management System (LMS) network. Designed for lifelong learning, it empowers learners to upskill and reskill anytime, anywhere, on any device. ‘Thai MOOC’ (Thailand Massive Open Online Course) is a project under the Thailand Cyber University Project (TCU).
