Planning, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of university governance through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

     This table outlines the processes for managing research at the university, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, using information and communication technology (ICT). These measures enhance efficiency and ensure progress in sustainability projects, enabling the university to monitor and improve its operations effectively.

• Planning Stage
  In this stage, the working group conducts meetings to design operational procedures and draft policies regarding institutional research funding for the fiscal year, as well as communication strategies within the Walailak University Digital Office Management System. This phase covers the period from June 2023 to July 2023.
• Implementation Stage
  During this stage, the university announces the availability of institutional research funding for the fiscal year through the Walailak University Digital Office Management System. Detailed information about the funding process will be communicated to staff, with implementation occurring from July 2023 to October 2023.
• Monitoring Stage
  The university monitors the progress of research projects and publication results using available tools. Data such as publication databases and progress reports will be used as evidence for review, with monitoring conducted quarterly. This phase will cover the period from October 2023 to July 2024, overseen by the Division of Planning and Strategy of Walailak University.
• Evaluation Stage
  The university will use a system to collect data on the number of research publications and present this information through a dashboard for public access. The main team responsible for this process is the Division of Planning and Strategy of Walailak University.
