PAK PHANANG, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT, 14 July 2023 – Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanong Aewsiri, Lecturer of the School of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry, and the researchers of the Center for Academic Services from Walailak University, reported the performance of the project titled “The Development of Marketing Strategies and Packaging Approach for Kimchi by Using Local Vegetables” at the Administration and Coordination Center for Royal-initiated Pak Phanang River Basin Development.
The project was funded by the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board, or ORDPB. There were representatives from the ORDB and the Administration and Coordination Center for Royal-initiated Pak Phanang River Basin Development who attended the event to give recommendations for the purpose of enhancing research utilization for community economic development and food security for the people in the Pak Phanang River Basin.
