Transportation (TR) Zero emission vehicles (ZEV) Policy on campus The University has transitioned to electric vehicles for its fleet, including minibuses, delivery vans, and security vehicles, significantly reducing reliance on combustion fuels. In 2024,Walailak University successfully reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 47.31 tons of carbondioxide equivalent through the use of electric vehicles (Ref. Low emission support scheme, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). Reducing Motorcycle Use The university has a campaign aimed at reducing motorcycle use among first-year students by providing bus services both on and off campus.
