Since its foundation, women have always made up the majority in the Walailak community, demonstrating a commitment to providing equal educational access. However, Walailak University always places importance on women’s access schemes to ensure that women can access higher education as men. As Walailak University realizes that women are the majority among the WU population, diagnostic analyses of women’s applications, admissions, and participation have been conducted to better understand gender distribution and identify areas for improvement.
