On Saturday, March 16, 2024, the School of Law and the Academic Service Center of Walailak University, led by faculty members from the School of Law and students to the Na Bon District Office to conduct academic service activities. They set up a mobile legal clinic booth to provide legal consultations to the local community as part of the Na Bon District Rubber Tapping Closing Festival and Red Cross Fair, held from March 16-23, 2024. Additionally, they participated in the community event "Rak Jung Na Bon (Love You, Na Bon)" Walk-Run (3rd Event) at Na Bon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

On May 18-19, 2024, Walailak University, as a member of the Waste Management Network surrounding the campus, participated in the "SIP & SUN - Thasala Coffee Spirit" event at Bo Non Beach, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The university organized various activities to educate youth on effective waste disposal methods to mitigate environmental issues. These included exhibitions on marine debris problems, the establishment of waste segregation stations, and campaigns promoting cloth bags instead of plastic ones, featuring personalized bag painting sessions. Walailak University initiated a project to elevate community enterprises, focusing on the Pla Kob (a type of fish named Shortnose gizzard shad) products of the Ban Takhian Dam community enterprise group. This endeavor was led by students from the School of Accountancy and Finance, in collaboration with the Center for Academic Services.The team conducted market surveys at Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan in Mueang District and Wat Chedi in Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. They offered tourists samples of sun-dried fried Pla Kob, spicy salad with sun-dried Pla Kob, and seasoned Pla Kob bones, gathering feedback through taste tests and questionnaires.
