Education and Research (ED) มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้รับ 2 รางวัลเกียรติยศจากเวทีระดับโลก Global Good Governance Awards (3G Awards) 2025 ซึ่งจัดโดยบริษัทที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน Cambridge IFA International Financial Advisory ในสหราชอาณาจักร ประกอบด้วย รางวัล 3G Championship Award for Sustainability Development 2025 และ 3G Excellence Award for Green Campus 2025 ในฐานะองค์กรที่มีความโดดเด่นในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวโดยเมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วาริท เจาะจิตต์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อมรศักดิ์ สวัสดี ผู้อำนวยศูนย์บริการวิชาการ เดินทางเข้าร่วมรับรางวัลดังกล่าว ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่ Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bokiah ประเทศบรูไน โดยมีหน่วยงานเอกชน ภาครัฐ และองค์กรต่างๆ มากกว่า 15 ประเทศเข้าร่วมรับรางวัลผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อมรศักดิ์ สวัสดี กล่าวว่า 2 รางวัลระดับนานาชาติดังกล่าวแสดงให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาของมหาวิทยาลัยภายใต้การนำของศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมบัติ ธำรงธัญวงศ์ อธิการบดี ที่มุ่งเน้นถึงการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนภายในมหาวิทยาลัย รวมถึงภาพลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่สวยงามสะดวกสบายและเป็นที่ชื่นชมของผู้ที่มาเยี่ยมชม สอดคล้องกับการได้รับรางวัล 3G Excellence Award for Green Campus 2025นอกจากนี้มหาวิทยาลัยได้ขยายผลนำวิชาการ องค์ความรู้ และนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์ผ่านกระบวนการ “บริการวิชาการ” สู่การพัฒนาสังคมภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยตามแนวทาง SDG ที่เห็นภาพเชิงประจักษ์สร้างงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลกระทบทั้งระดับท้องถิ่น ดับชาติ และนานาชาติ สอดคล้องกับรางวัล 3G Championship Award for Sustainability Development 2025 และการจัดอันดับอื่นๆที่ได้รับมาก่อนหน้านี้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรางวัลอันดับ 3 Stewardship และอันดับ 4 Outreach ของโลก จากการจัดอันดับโดย THE Impact Ranking 2024 อีกด้วย“มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์นับได้ว่ามีความโดดเด่นในเวที Global Good Governance Summit & Awards 2025 จากผลงานยอดเยี่ยมด้าน Sustainability ดังกล่าว รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วาริท…

ม.วลัยลักษณ์ ติดอันดับ 81 ร่วมของโลก ที่ 6 ของประเทศ จัดอันดับ ม.สีเขียวโลก

Education and Research (ED) มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ภูมิใจได้รับการจัดอันดับ มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวโลกดีขึ้นต่อเนื่อง อยู่ในอันดับ 81 ร่วมของโลก อันดับ 6 ของไทย พร้อมครองแชมป์มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวภาคใต้ 5 ปีซ้อน จัดโดย UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2024วันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2567 UI GreenMetric World University Rankings ประกาศผลการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมระดับโลก ประจำปี 2024 โดยมีสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจาก 95 ประเทศ จำนวน 1,477 แห่งทั่วโลก และ 59 สถาบันในประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมผลปรากฏว่า มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้คะแนน 8,575 คะแนน อยู่ในอันดับที่ 81 ร่วมของโลก มีคะแนนดีขึ้น 100 คะแนนและขยับดีขึ้น 2 อันดับจากปีที่ผ่านมา ส่วนอันดับภายในประเทศ เป็นอันดับ 6 และครองอันดับ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวของภาคใต้ 5 ปีติดต่อกัน สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นและมีนโยบายที่ชัดเจน ในการขับเคลื่อนการจัดการและอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืนภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals-SDG)มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ยังสามารถทำคะแนนได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม ในด้านการวางระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน Setting and Infrastructure เป็นอันดับ 1 ของไทย อันดับ 15 ร่วมของโลกต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 4 ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัย California State University (USA), Ozyegin University (Turkiye) และ Tunghai University (Chinese Taipei) พิสูจน์ให้เห็นชัดว่ามหาวิทยาลัยมีนโยบายการจัดวางโครงสร้างพื้นฐานตามแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนเป็นต้นแบบของประเทศ นำนโยบายมาสู่การปฎิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนอกจากนี้ ผลงานด้านการบริหารจัดการขนส่งอย่างยั่งยืน Transportation และการบริหารจัดการน้ำ Water เพื่อความยั่งยืน ยังได้รับการจัดอันดับที่ 2 ร่วมของประเทศ อันดับที่ 20 ,90 ร่วมของโลกด้วยความสำเร็จครั้งนี้ เกิดจากนโยบายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ภายใต้การนำของ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมบัติ ธำรงธัญวงศ์ อธิการบดี ที่มุ่งมั่นผลักดันให้มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งนี้ให้เป็นต้นแบบด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืนครอบคลุมทุกมิติของ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs) ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การจัดการพลังงาน ขยะ น้ำ ระบบขนส่งตลอดจนการส่งเสริมการศึกษาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ครบครัน ภูมิทัศน์ที่งดงาม และสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดมลพิษ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์จึงเป็นต้นแบบของมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวอย่างแท้จริง…
